Our Restaurant
Raves is a family-owned and operated restaurant run by the Weiss family. Owner Doug Weiss does all the cooking alongside his daughters and sons. Weiss was trained at Johnson & Wales University in Culinary Arts with many years of experience serving quality food with fresh ingredients.
Our Food
Everything is made fresh to order keeping with a light grilled theme for lunch. Specialty sandwiches such as our Pilgrim Sandwich are prepared with fresh In-House roasted turkey. Our Homemade Chicken Salad and Granny Smith Apple Wraps along with our Grilled Vegetable Wraps are among some the most popular items.
